Return & Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept a return or exchange of items that are in NEW and UNUSED condition with original tags. Return items cannot be worn, washed or altered, must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.  *ALL RETURN ITEMS will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Item returned must be accompanied by the original packaging slip. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or items purchased from third-party retailors (Amazon, EBay, Golf shops or specialty retail stores). *If you receive a defective item, please contact us at Gouftgolf@gmail.com with details (pictures) of the product and the defect.

 

Items must be returned within 14 days of original purchase. Please contact Gouftgolf@gmail.com to obtain return label(s). The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.  Promotional items also must be returned within 14 days of original purchase to receive or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. 

Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 14 days of when we receive your return. We’ll notify you via email once we’ve processed the returned product(s).

We do not offer free return service if you are returning the item(s) because of changing mind or changing size.
